Personal app records: records you create in our apps are intended to remain under your control. Byldya does not store personal app records on Byldya.com for normal app use.

Jornal nutrition photo capture may process product packaging, barcode, label, or nutrition information. Do not include faces, people, addresses, receipts, medical documents, or other personal information in nutrition photos.

- To let app features run locally or through user-controlled exports and backups

- To improve non-personal nutrition and product data where Jornal supports nutrition photo capture

Data Storage and Security
App data is stored locally on your device by default or in exports and backups you control. Byldya does not provide hosted Byldya.com accounts for these apps and does not store personal app records on Byldya.com for normal app use.
For Jornal nutrition photo capture, non-personal product and nutrition information may be sent to Open Food Facts to enhance its nutrition database. Byldya may also store non-personal product and nutrition information to improve nutrition data in Jornal.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Byldya does not store personal app records on Byldya.com for normal app use. Limited sharing can happen only in these situations:
- Open Food Facts, when Jornal sends non-personal nutrition or product information from supported photo-capture features
- Legal authorities when required by law
