Weekly Summary
Insights helps turn daily logging into something easier to review. It is designed to show observations from your journal over time, not to make medical conclusions.
Weekly Summary is a quick 7-day review. It can help you spot:
- how many days you logged
- your most frequent symptoms
- your highest symptom-burden day
- medication and supplement logging counts
- repeated tags
- important notes worth carrying into Appointment Prep
Weekly Summary is best used as a regular check-in.
Broader Insights
Insights can help you review:
- symptom burden over time
- mood and energy trends
- food signals near symptom days
- treatment timing and adherence context
- cycle-linked patterns
- sleep, hydration, weight, and measurements when available
How to Use Insights Well
- Use longer ranges when you want steadier patterns.
- Use shorter ranges when reviewing a recent flare or change.
- Compare patterns across multiple types of records instead of looking at one tile in isolation.
- Carry the clearest observations into Appointment Prep instead of trying to include everything.
A Careful Way to Interpret Patterns
Patterns in Insights should be treated as observations from your journal, such as:
- what was logged near symptom days
- whether symptoms looked more frequent in a certain period
- whether some routines appeared alongside better or worse days
They should not be treated as proof that one thing caused another.
Before a GP Visit
Insights is especially useful before an appointment when you want to refresh your memory and narrow down what to discuss.
A helpful approach:
- Open Weekly Summary for a quick recent check-in.
- Review symptom burden and timing.
- Check food, treatment, mood, or cycle context if relevant.
- Carry the clearest points into Appointment Prep.
